Most significant people have had the benefit of a mentor, without whom they would not have been who they were or achieved the extraordinary successes they did.  The goal of coaching and mentoring lies in giving momentum to the talent, growth and success of individuals, business leaders, managers and management teams.  The methods and approaches adopted will vary depending on the situation and circumstances of those involved.
 
SME enterprises or organisational entities may also consider capitalising on the services of an independent Advisory Board, provided by Strategic Options, consisting of carefully selected professionals who meet with management teams once a month over a specifically identified time frame.  The role of the Advisory Board is to provide objective input, advice and expertise and in so doing sharpen the business acumen and management skills of the team.
