Meet the owner
Robert has fulfilled various senior management roles throughout his career, primarily National Human Resource Co-ordinator of a manufacturing corporation (5000 employees), National Director of a faith-based organisation, CEO of a manufacturing company and Strategic Director. He has served NPO and NGO movements in various capacities, including Co-Founder, Director, Board member, Fundraiser; and continues to give executive support to NPOs.
His skills profile includes business and organisational strategy, executive management, leadership, marketing, human resource management, organisational development, change management, conflict resolution, training and development, speaker, writer and managing editor (magazine publication). “I feel deeply passionate about working with organisational leaders in shaping their enterprises for growth.”
The valuable expertise and experience gained over several decades led Robert to the formation of Strategic Options in 2002 with a clear overarching vision… “Giving momentum to the growth and aspirations of individuals and organisations.” He has worked proactively with over 50 enterprises during the past eighteen years.
Robert enjoys collaborative relationships with professionals and associates across a broad range of disciplines who contribute their expertise to key project initiatives within Strategic Options.
